Meadow Creek Apartments Application Criteria

All applications for residency at MEADOW CREEK APARTMENTS are processed through a credit service.
In reviewing your application, all of the following will be taken into consideration:

. INCOME RATIO:

Your monthly gross salary must be at least 3.0 times the amount of your monthly rent.

. RENTAL HISTORY:

Length of residency (at least six months apartment rental history).
Payment record.
Lease violations or owing a balance is automatic disqualification.

. EMPLOYMENT HISTORY:

Present – copy of current pay stub required.
Previous.
Salary verification.

. CREDIT HISTORY:

Must match information given on rental application.
Payment record – acceptable credit report rating.

. CRIMINAL HISTORY:

No felony convictions. Applicants with adjudicated verdicts, pending cases, misdemeanors, and current indictments or pending charges for drugs, related crimes, firearms, or crimes against person or property will not be accepted.

If we are unable to satisfactorily process this information, your rental application may be denied.
